What are FurnitureToday’s delivery charges?
Furnituretoday offers a premiere , two man delivery service as standard on all items of furniture that are not able to be delivered by overnight courier. There is a standard charge of £34 for England and Wales and £38 for Scotland. Some of the more remote Scottish postcodes will have an extra charge levied which will be detailed at the checkout.

What happens if I cancel my order?
For items we hold in stock, if you cancel your order prior to it being despatched you will not incur any charges and a full refund will be applicable. If your order has already been despatched then you may be charged for delivery. For items that have been specially ordered or made a cancellation fee may be charged.

How do your prices compare to others?

When will you despatch my order?
The time it takes for a piece of furniture to come in to stock can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Once we receive an item into our warehouse it is quality checked and re-packaged for onward transportation and usually despatched within 3 working days.

When will my goods arrive?
Most of our smaller items can be sent via a courier and can take up to 48 hrs for delivery once despatched. Some of our very large furniture will be sent via a specialist delivery service and depending upon your location this can take up to 10 working days. You will be advised in advance of the scheduled delivery date.
