Delivery Information
At Furnituretoday, we are extremely proud of our Delivery Service. We use two methods of delivery, both intended to make receiving your order as simple as possible.
As standard we offer a Premier Two-Man Delivery Service at a cost of only £28 to anywhere on the UK mainland and some smaller items and small orders will be sent by parcel courier at a cost of just £16. You will NOT incur any additional surcharges even in the Scottish Highlands.
Premier Two-Man Delivery Service
You will be advised by email when your order is due into our delivery warehouse.
Our Customer Support Team will then call to arrange a delivery date and will offer a 4 hour time slot with a 1 hour pre call for the day of delivery.
On delivery, your order will be unloaded and delivered into the room of your choice, providing there is reasonable access for this to take place. All deliveries require a signature from an adult when receiving the order.
When you place your order, you may be sent a Delivery Questionnaire. This is sent especially to customers who have orders for large pieces of furniture, and will enable us to determine whether the items you have ordered will be easily delivered into your home.
Courier Delivery Service
Small pieces of furniture, smaller orders and some home assembly items will be delivered by courier. The delivery charge may build up from £16, but will not exceed £28.
Once your order has been picked from stock, it will be packaged for delivery to you, and collected by courier. You will receive an email on the day of collection from our Customer Support Team, advising you that delivery will take place the next day. Courier deliveries will take place between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are unable to take the delivery on the day allocated, the courier will leave an Attempted Delivery Notification, which will ask you to contact them to rearrange another delivery at your earliest convenience. If you have specific days in the week that are more convenient to receive a delivery, please let our Customer Support Team know when your order has been acknowledged, and we will endeavor to deliver on these days, wherever possible. All courier deliveries will require a signature from an adult when receiving the order.
Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles or the Channel Islands
We are currently unable to deliver directly to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles or the Channel Islands. However, we can deliver to a nominated UK port, at the normal delivery charge. Further transport and responsibility for the items will belong to the customer from this point onwards. Furnituretoday will not be able to accept any responsibility for any damage or loss caused in shipping overseas.

How can I place an order?
You can place orders over the internet, by fax, by post or phone.
What is the order process?
Simply browse our online store and click on "ADD TO CART" to any items you wish to order. These items can be removed later if you wish. When you have finished shopping click on the "CHECKOUT" button, which will take you to the order page. Enter your details and credit card information, then send them to us via our secure server. How is my furniture delivered? Furnituretoday use two methods of delivery. Smaller items and orders will be delivered by Parcel Courier. When will my furniture be delivered?
Lead times for each individual product are shown on the product description, and are constantly monitored for any changes. Should we receive notification of any delays or advance deliveries, you will be updated by e-mail.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and also cheques with orders sent in the post.
How safe is it to give my credit card details online? Furnituretoday use one of the most secure servers and online systems for all credit and debit card payments and we have never had a reported incident involving credit card fraud using this system.

What happens if I cancel my order?
An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 10 days following delivery of the goods for a full refund. Customers wishing to cancel within 10 days of delivery may take advantage of our 10 Day Money Back Guarantee, providing all goods are returned to us in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery and with their original packaging.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase from Furnituretoday, but in the unlikely event that this is not the case, we can offer a 10 Day Money Back Guarantee, whatever the reason. Goods can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are returned with their original packaging.
