The Versailles Gilt furniture range is a stunning collection inspired by classical French themes. Made entirely by hand by some of the best carvers and craftsmen, the furniture is finished in genuine gold leaf applied onto a coating of Gesso primer, and then firmly glued and brushed into the contours of the carvings. The collection features pieces with real Silk and Damask upholstery, Marble tops, and has superb attention to detail throughout the range. Carefully controlled distressing highlights the areas where most natural wear would have occurred to give these beautiful antique reproductions the authentic look of the originals.
