It’s very easy - if you wish to return your goods for a full refund using the 10-Day Money Back Guarantee, all we ask is that you contact us by email at customerservice@furnituretoday.co.uk to arrange the collection of your goods, and that all products are returned with their original packaging, and in the condition they were received in.
Customers have a duty of care for the product until it is collected from them, and should make every effort to ensure no damage is caused to the item. Goods are refunded within 30 days.

Mattresses cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging.
Home Assembly items cannot be returned if construction has been attempted or completed. We will however, supply replacement parts for any piece that may be damaged.
Special orders and commissioned items will be charged in full on placement of the order, and are not eligible for return.
